Hi, I’m Brigitta

Integrative Functional Medicine Nutritionist, Certified Health Coach and Gut Health Expert

My passion is to empower people like you to get your life back. I focus on gut health, resolving inflammation and restoring a balanced microbiome. I have helped hundreds of clients with digestive discomfort or disorders achieve digestive peace using functional testing, special diets and natural remedies.

While healing the gut, many people experience a reduction in joint pain or stiffness, and an increase in energy and mental clarity. We will stabilize blood sugar and eliminate cravings. Weight loss becomes easier and hormones more balanced.

My coaching approach is collaborative and centered around you. I will work with you to create doable goals that fit your unique needs and lifestyle. We will find solutions that actually work, so you can feel like yourself again.

I find this work hugely rewarding: to see people who had given up on getting better and were just managing their symptoms finally find lasting relief.

I’ve had GI issues for as long as I can remember. I became increasingly fed up with the lack of answers/help from my gastroenterologist, even after multiple procedures and being prescribed medications to take twice a day.
